She has nothing to apologize for. Yes she gave a half assed perfomance. Big fucking deal. Get over it people. Because of her, MTV hade it’s best rating’s in a long time. Every perfomer, i don’t care who it is has given a shitty perfomance and one point or another but because it is Britney Spears and the whole world is glued to everything she does everyone is acting like she shoot a kitten on stage or something. I would love for this to happen. I really have a love/hate realtionship with this piece of trash, and even though I kinda enjoy watching her fail, I would even more love it if she managed to pull a gig off that left everyone breathless. I have bascially no hope left that this would ever happen, because of what she has become, but it would be kinda hot though.

I’d love to see her actually get herself together but we all know that’s not going to happen any time soon if at all… She needs to apologize to her kids for any future headhanging and childhood-memory-pain-covering drug binges she will inevitably cause them in the future.
I think the apology comes from people who have been hoping and praying for a comeback and the performance she gave left them like “WTF????”, people (not me, i don’t care) feel almost betrayed.. as if they have been fighting for her and she put absolutely NO effort into her comeback… I don’t think she should have to, but I think that’s where the “demands” for an apology come from, IMO.

Why does she need to apologize? Sure she didn’t do a good job for her performance but she shouldn’t have to say sorry for that! All the people that hate on her and make the situation a lot worse for her than it already is need to apologize to her, if anything! The TV stations who are using her need to apologize! I doubt she will appear at the Emmy’s though. I hope she doesn’t make any appearances until she can get her act together and do something that is worthwhile watching. She was the best performer out there at one stage, she needs to get back to that!
