The studio evidently has a lot of confidence in the commercial prospects of this one, choosing one of the biggest early summer weekends to launch the ladies on the big screen.
Now that the cast has been chosen and a release date has been set, all that’s left to decide is….WHAT WILL I WEAR?!?

Over the hill–long gone–kicking a dead horse–let it rest in peace instead of milking it for a few more bucks.

Is Pat Field styling it? If not, I’m skipping it. The clothes won’t be any fun.

I can’t wait! I don’t care if it bombs or not, I want to see it. I loved loved this show and I’m currently re-watching the DVD’s. I can never get enough of SATC!

I think I’ll watch it on DVD, I can’t see paying $10 bucks @ the theater.

I cannot wait the writers will write for all of them and to see what they have been up to since the show ended. I hope it is not a big let down, that would suck! I cant’ see it being bad though if they all agreed to come back and be in it.

^Big typo. I cannot wait to see what the writers will write for them….. Why did I leave out half my statement??? Not sure.

Yeah PSL.. maybe right after it went off, but not now.. too much time has passed.. I’m more worried about Weeds and The L Word now.. over it

OMG Only 1, I love Weeds! Awesome awesome show…Mary Louise Parker is the new Sarah Jessica. SJP seems so 80s to me and MLP is more modern.

I loved the show and can’t wait to see the movie. I don’t care how much time it has passed. It feels like hearing from a friend from the past.

I liked the show but don’t care about the movie. I’m sure I’ll watch it eventually but am not eagerly anticipating its release.

Today I am a happy woman! I cannot get enough of this show.
September 13th, 2007 at 2:37 pm
I’m the same age that the charaters were and often related to many of the storylines.
Can’t help but feel the show is a bit dated now.
Enough time has passed.

I really loved the show and I liked the way it finished off. I’m excited about a movie of course but I have a feeling its going to be disappointing to diehard SATC fans. They shouldn’t touch something that worked so well. I might be wrong and the movie might be absolutely fantastic but I don’t really see what they can do to top the series. Thank goodness all the same actors are playing the characters otherwise it really would suck!
September 13th, 2007 at 3:26 pm
I’ve got to be honest, I loved the series but I am worried that they will screw up (what I thought to be) a great ending. Still, with that said, I am sure I will see the movie.

YAAAY! TECHNICALLY the women were shallow over paid self absorbed hypocritical self righteous beyatches but on a fluff level they were fun to watch…I’m going to get my girls together and we’ll dress up on the night!

Meh. I think the boat has already sailed on this one. It should have come out years ago.
I think I’ll wait to see it on HBO.
