Decked out in her trademark skinny jeans and sky-high stilettos, Lindsay Lohan nervously puffs on a cigarette during a break from rehab in Utah on Wednesday.
It appears that news of an impending $200 000 lawsuit stemming from a 2005 incident where her Mercedes-Benz collided with a busboy’s minivan is getting the best of the rehabilitating starlet. Lilo appeared shifty-eyed and frazzled when photogs caught up with her outside of the Cirque Lodge Treatment Center yesterday.
Meanwhile, Lohan’s British counterpart is blasting the young actress for her wreckless ways. Speaking to the upcoming issue of Cosmopolitan, Charlotte Church says: “I’m the same age as Lindsay Lohan and could have stayed in America and done the celebrity thing, but I look at those people and think, however thin they are or whatever amazing clothes they’re wearing, they all look so unhappy and lost.”

Not that I’m in any hurry, but how long is she planning on staying in rehab? Hasn’t she been in there 6 weeks/2 mos. already?

^^barks, she should be there for a minimum of 90 days for truly effective rehabilitation.. she could stay as long as she can afford to do so if she needs that structure (which she does)… Nice to see her seeing this through, I hope she’s learning something. **man, that first pic.. she really is a pretty girl.. Skinny jeans are SO wrong
I love Charlotte and I get what she’s trying to say but she’s full of shit. She was (before pregnancy) a seriously heavy binge drinker and I get that sometimes people over do it and get really hammered but Charlotte could drink a rugby team under the table…just because she’s from a place that seems less superficial than LA doesn’t mean she would never have fallen under the same pressures but then again…her family are quite tight knit and none have tried to pimp her out for their fame.
Good to see Lohan sticking through this, she might live through 2008! But I’m waiting for the final result…

It’s good to see she’s actually staying in rehab, even if it is just for her image. I think she knew all to well that she was going to be photographed, I mean she has stilettos and skinny jeans on and possibly hair extensions? She’s had her hair dyed as well. I’m not a fan of the blonde on Lindsay, she’s a bit to pale to pull it off she looks too much one color. I want to beleive that Lindsay is getting better and is serious about rehab but for some reason I just think that its all a big act in order to redeem herself in the eye of the public. The true test will be what she does with her life when she gets out.
