After a wirlwind promo tour that took himi from Venice to Toronto, actor/director/all-star dad Ben Affleck returns to L.A. to spend some quality time with his 22-month-old daughter Violet.
The father-and-daughter duo hit up a local park near their Brentwood, CA neighbourhood on Tuesday where they climbed the monkey bars, swung and the swings and slid on the slides before grabbing an ice cream cone and calling it a day.
Ben Affleck ? Not so hot. Ben Affleck playing the role of doting father? The most adorable thing ever!

Ben looks so in love with that little girl…..so sweet. Nothing sexier than a good looking man and his babies.
Paris, you took the words right out of my mouth! Those are the sweetest pictures, and it makes him look so much sexier lol.
He looks so sexy when he is just dressed down and hanging out with that little girl. I hope him and Jennifer can make it longer than other Hollywood couples seem to be able to. Cute family!
I still think he’s a stud.
^I agree with all of the above. He seems like a very dedicated father, you can tell that child is loved :o).
^^^i agree with all you ladies above. at least i think you’re all female. anonymous could be a guy
Awwww! Jennifer G. and Violet are obviously the best things to ever happen to him
There really is nothing cuter than a doting daddy with his little princess! He looks like he’s loving being a dad and she’s such a little cutie! I love her little boots!
i totally agree!! nothing sexier than a good man looking after his kids
Very sweet! Violet is a lucky girl to have a stable Hollywood family which is quite a rare thing to have!
adorable! i agree ladies lol…
the one at the bottom.. i think thats the first pic ive ever seen of her actually WALKING lol
I agree with the dad and kids comments.
I FINALLY saw Dogma recently and I am starting to thaw towards the man I once called Ben Asslick (so mature, I know!) and these pics really help! What a cute, ‘normal’ family (I hate to be PC but families come in all shapes and sizes, as long as the parents love their kids and have their best interests at heart it doesn’t matter if there is one or two parents).
^I liked what you said about the family unit. You’re completely right (and in actuality, the nuclear family model has never been a reality for a majority of the population over the decades… it’s odd how much it’s been made to appear like the standard in TV sitcoms and so on… it’s always really been a minority figure). I really enjoy your comments, Supersonic. You are very sociologically aware and it’s something I look forward to in your posts!
