Hugh Jackman was spotted departing Santos Dumont Airport in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil today (May 8), after promoting his lastest movie X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
Always smiling and courteous, the 40-year-old actor greeted the fans who waited all day for their big screen idol and even offered a few autographs before getting his connecting flight.
Riding high on the success of Wolverine, Hugh wants to ruin everything he’s worked towards by making claims that he hopes to star in a musical with Beyonce.
As you may recall, the actor and the singer teamed up at this year’s Oscars where they performed a dazzling musical medley.
Says Hugh: “Me and Beyonce. I will do anything. I am the one talking up all those rumours.”
He also revealed he would like the musical to be directed by Baz Luhrmann, the man behind Moulin Rouge! and Australia, which Hugh starred in alongside Nicole Kidman.

Why do people always lick her big arse? She’s really NOT *that* great. And her acting skills are…well - she has none!

I’d love to see Hugh in an on screen musical, he was awesome in the Boy from Oz…but NOT Beyonce. I think she’s a terrible actress and her singing is just way too forced and wailing. It would be a very bad move on Hugh’s part, people may be a fan of her music but nobody takes her acting seriously.
