Ellen DeGeneres grills Ryan Seacrest about the new woman he’s dating during her show today (May 8).

“I keep trying to set every girl up with you and it turns out … I’ve seen pictures of you in magazines in Paris with a girlfriend,” says Ellen.

“Well, we don’t label,” Ryan replies.

She tried to get more out of him, but was unsuccessful, according to excerpts we were sent:

Ellen: “Well, how long have you been with her?…Who is she Ryan? How come I don’t know her?”
Ryan: “You want the real answer?”
Ellen: “I do…”
Ryan: “When I meet someone and bring a girl to meet you, I’m always afraid that you are going to be too honest with me about what you think.”
Ellen: “That’s right”
Ryan: “Yes, but I don’t want honesty.”
Ellen: “You don’t want honesty.”
Ryan: “No.”
Ellen: “You just want what you want.”
Ryan: “I want you to pretend you love them all.”
Ellen: “Ok, you’ll never be happy … she might be lovely. I might like her. Has your mother met her?”
Ryan: “My mother has yeah…”

We’ll have to tune in to see if Ryan’s mom says anything about her.
