Ryan Phillippe is back from South Africa.
After spending a month in Johannesburg filming Big Bang Club – his upcoming flick about a group of photographers who captured the final bloody days of white rule in South Africa — the hunky 34-year-old returned to L.A. earlier this week…..much to the delight of his young daughter.
While ex-wife Reese Witherspoon was across town lunching with her boyfriend, Ryan was seen spending some one-on-one time with 9-year-old Ava during an afternoon visit to Noah’s Bagels in Brentwood, CA today (May 7).
The muscle bound actor threw caution (not to mention his high protein/low carb diet) to the wind by chomping down on some doughy delights before calling it an afternoon.
With Reese hanging out with her man and Ryan taking care of their little girl, sorta makes you wonder who’s taking care of poor little Deacon, no?

wow his daughter got so big. it’s kinda strange seeing him so young and good looking with a 9 year old kid. i guess i am used with these celebs having kids when they are 40 yo.

Ryan is so hot!! He’s definately got better with age in my opinion, I never understood the fuss over him back in his Cruel Intentions days. Reese is such a little cutie and it’s nice to see her spending quality time with her dad…she look SO much like Reese.

Always amazes me how much Ryan looks so young that he seems to be Ava’s big brother rather than her father. And funny…he’ll take off his shirt, but not his hat!

Ooooh, that Noah’s is right across the street from my old job. If I was still there I’d could see Ryan outside the window. Dammit! Such a beautiful area though.
