Though the sun was nowhere to be seen, Kim Kardashian hid behind her oversized sunglasses tonight (May 5) as she arrived a the Gramercy Hotel in New York City.

After touching down in the Big Apple from New Orleans, LA earlier today, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star spent much of the day shopping to her heart’s content before tonight’s impending outing.

Kim is no stranger to shopping sprees — in fact, she’s addicted!

She says: “My sister told me that I have a bad shopping problem but I think it’s OK. But isn’t that what all addicts say? I do have a lot of clothes and accessories because I like to keep up with the trends.”

Kim also claimss that she’s still adjusting to being famous, saying: “We all get recognized, especially when we are all together. To me it’s kind of a new thing. I can definitely cope with it, but you do get a little bit tired of it when you’re eating.”
