A cloud-covered day in Boston set the stage for a rather solemn Sunday (May 3) walk for Ben Affleck, Jen Garner and daughter Violet, raising doubts as to the picture-prefect nature of the celebrity family.
Even the usually upbeat Violet couldn’t shake the blues and stayed hidden in her stroller as her parents crept down the street in silence. Jen attempted to show her affection toward Ben by reaching into his pocket to take his hand, but despite the effort, the couple seemed distant and unhappy.
To the public eye, Ben seems to have everything his heart desires but his tense body language and sour facial expressions reveal a darker side to his personality and a potential sign of some skeletons in he and Jen’s marital closet.

Isn’t Savannah where he and J.Lo holed up? It would be too funny if that’s when he bought the sweatshirt he’s wearing in the pics.
They may not come across as a super in love couple, but maybe Ben learned from his embarassing and very public relationship with J-Lo to keep things a bit private. I’m sure she’s a lovely person but every time Jennifer speaks or anything she just seems so boring. I’ve never been a huge fan of Ben either, very overrated if you ask me.

I feel so sorry for them. Before she left LA she talked to a reporter from Boston, saying they would be there until Thanksgiving and how she was looking forward to it because “we get left alone there”. Indeed last time they were in Boston last year, you NEVER saw pics of them. Yet here Faded Youth Blog and other paps go all the way there to hound them still. No wonder Ben looks upset. HE is not upset with anything but being hounded by paps. I would be too. They thought they finally would get some privacy, but NO. Cant let them alone, can you Faded Youth. What is your obsession?

There’s been a lot of gossip about Ben and Jen’s marriage since last year. FYB is not the first to bring it up. Ben always looks like a miserable SOB and I definately see a divorce coming for this phony perfect family. Jen’s first husband, who she cheated on is having the last laugh.
They walk like that. Go back to through some candids, way back even to 2005 and Ben puts his hand in his pocket and they hold hands. You can check out photos on one of Jen - fans sites.
These pictures were taken a few seconds apart while they walk past a fence. They could have been smiling before these 3-4 seconds of pictures and after as well.
There are times when Ben has his hand in his pocket and Jen will take his arm. It comes from carrying Violet around. Plus, both Ben and Jen usually have an alarm in their hand. Ben keeps his in his pocket.

you are right though ben walks with his pockets in his hands–these people know what type of photos sell–its the ones of them smilings and holding hands. . .clearly they are not giving the paps the money shot on purpose.
Yeah and it has absolutely nothing to do with the fact they want to be left alone. Huh? They’re trying to have a family moment and once again it’s ruined by jerks who think yet another photo of them walking is necessary. I’d be happy to see less of them if it gave them a bit more peace. This is a quiet and good family.

Ben has nothing to be Jealous about. Jen movie only made 15 million. Wolverine smacked it down with 87 million. I like Jen Garner, but lets be real here. “Ghost Of Girlfriends Past” really bad reviews. Although Jen was the best thing in the movie.
Ben doesn’t like the razzies. He has stated in all his recent interviews that he hates the razzies following him when he is with his family.

Um, maybe they look miserable because they are trying to take a walk with their child and they are being chased by paparazzi… Why wouldn’t Violet cover her face with her blanket? They are annoyed/stressed out by people like you who are shadowing their every step.
