Ellen Pompeo was all smiles yesterday (May 2) as she shopped and sported her baby bump in West Hollywood.

Joined by a male friend, the Grey’s Anatomy star stopped into Joan’s on Third for a bite to eat before checking out furniture at Cisco Home.

Her pregnancy with her husband Chris Ivery was announced earlier in April.

Meanwhile, in Grey’s news, Meredith and Derek are finally getting married on next week’s 100th episode. The bride and groom even have a real wedding Web page on TheKnot.com. The online site looks like it’s set up by their friend, Izzie Stevens, played by Katherine Heigl. There’s even a gift registry page, but visitors are asked to donate to three charities, in lieu of gifts.

Titled “What a Difference a Day Makes,” Grey’s 100th episode airs on May 7 on ABC.
