Taking advantage of an uneventful weekend, Courteney Cox and her daughter Coco were seen lazily strolling around their house in Malibu yesterday (May 2) clutching matching pink teddy bears.
The 43-year-old actress is back to full-time mommy mode after spending much of the year filming her upcoming ABC series called Cougar Town. She plays a sexy, newly-single, 40-something mom on the prowl with a 17-year-old son. Look for a possible midseason launch.
Though Courteney’s BFF Jennifer Aniston has clearly been bitten by the the cougar bug (she did date 31-year-old John Mayer after all), she has reportedly refused to appear in her new sitcom. The two are said to be “barely speaking.”

The truth is that Mayer and Aniston were never a couple. It was all acted. That is why he was tipping off the pap agencies, and leaving his car at her house overnight, while he got rides out hidden in the back of cars/limos, on the floor of the back seat under a blanket. HE WAS SEEN TRYING TO SNEAK OUT !!! VAUGHN DID THE SAME TRICK. It was a PR war against Pitt and Jolie. Organised by CAA who manages Aniston, (contractually) Sculfor, Diaz, Mayer, and Vaughn etc…. He has been meeting women on Twitter, sleeping with them as long as they are discreet. Their “relationship” was a SHAM from the beginning. The TWITTER “break up” excuse is a joke; they have no reason to “break up” and now they know audiences know they were faking it, they don’t even care to explain. They did ANYTHING to gain publicity over Pitt to win the Christmas war…..even pose nearly nu-de, talk about pregnancy, create marriage rumors for publicity…etc…Her personal life is HIDDEN. He agreed to a contract to run concurrent with her production, Marley and Me. That is why their (acted) relationship started at the beginning of M&M and ended as soon as the film delivered it was a publicity stunt, funded by the production: same as TBU. What people posting don’t understand is that she doesn’t want a judge a jury of her personal life, and the investors don’t want her personal life effecting the film’s gross return. So that is the truth, and what is more bizarre is that Vince did the same thing with TBU (same as Sculfor). They had a fictional relationship too, that seemed to people reading magazines, as though it was real. It wasn’t. It was all for publicity to stop nosy people like you guys asking personal questions that have nothing to do with you. She owes you NOTHING except a performance after you buy the ticket.

i agree with you on that man. i don’t get the fuss about aniston. ok she looked good in the earlier seasons of friends but she is aging very bad, how old is she now anyway? like 40?! she looks older then cox and she is 44 (someone of FY please correct her age!) especially considering aniston is on such a strict diet and hasn’t even had a kid, while cox has, she should look much younger. must be all the smoking and tanning, i saw pix of aniston on set of her new flick and her arms looked old and she had bags below her eyes. now cox looks like she is in her 30’s or somethin’! and even besides the aging thing cox always has been the most beautiful one, also on friends, she just wasn’t trying to show it off like rachel/aniston did, and i think that’s why people just think she is hotter, but look at their faces, aniston has a really weird shape!
Um, Aniston *is* 40. I guess you’re saying she looks her age? Anyway, I like Courteney but she definitely looks much older than her years. Her face is so thin and tight-looking.
that’s what i said, read again please! i’m talking about cox when i say she is 44. and yes she looks hell of alot better and reading on other blogs i’m for sure not the only one who thinks so. aniston has to work hard to look good, cox is a natural stunner. and besides all that she comes off as a way more nice person then aniston who goes too much for publicity. people who say cox looks older haven’t reach their forties yet i’m sure because believe me if you can look that good at that age without make-up even you are lucky. i see loads of girls in their 20’s who look twice as bad!
I love Courteney! Why all this talk about Jennifer Aniston? I can’t stand that people always have to bring her up in Courteney topics, positive or negative it doesn’t matter. Courteney is the sweetest and most beautiful actress for me, no matter what age, wrinkles don’t matter when someone is truly beautiful and Courteney definitely is.
Courteney is looking great! Hot mom! It would be sad if Jen and her aren’t friends anymore though, because they have been best friends for a very long time. Maybe Courteney doesn’t approve of Jen going back to John after he screwed her over the first time.
i like courtney. once you hit 40, i think you start to age faster… so i think courtney still looks great. i’ve always thought she’s beautiful.

I can believe that they’re not really speaking. I bet Courtney cussed her dumb ass out for going with him in the first place never mind her taking him back. Although I like “Actually’s” theory on the whole thing. The whole media blitz surrounding her was obviously staged. The GQ nude photo shoot was pathetic. And the fact that they ‘broke up’ right after the Oscars is rather telling. Let’s face it, she’s really only famous for being on Friends and marrying Brad Pitt.
