Proving that the early Pussycat catches the worm, Nicole Scherzinger is among the first to arrive at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards in Las Vegas.
Showing off her shape in a backless minidress, the raven-haired songstress was all smiles as she celebrated her inaugural stroll down the red carpet as a solo artist.
The remaining Pussycat Dolls are rumoured to be locked up in their cages.

What an ugly dress, it makes her look like she is auditioning for Aladdin the musical..And a very boring hairdo, she should just let it all hang down..She has gorgeous hair the way it is naturally.

I think she always looks fantastic and tonight is no exception. I’m not a huge fan of her hair up like that though. It looks great when its down! Love this dress though, she really does look good!

I think the dress would be awesome if it didn’t have that stupid train- but i don’t think she looks great here.

I didn’t even notice the train until you pointed it out, SAS… and I was just about to compliment the dress too! Ick. It would have been a cool dress if it stayed within the LBD guidelines– I really liked the back part :/. Aside from that, she looks pretty good… not the shoes I would have picked though…

Her performance was almost as bad as Brit’s. I was embarrassed for her.

I learned last night that this girl CAN NOT dance. I thought the pussycat dolls were known for dancing as well as singing? She looked like a goofball. You can’t hit a breakbeat and be elegant in a little cocktail dress at the same time sorry. Put on some sneakers baggy pants and a wifebeater. What was with those stiff arm’s of hers????? My husband and at looked at each other like huh??
