The mother-to-be plans to divorce her rapper hubby of more than four years.
“I can confirm that she has filed for divorce,” says a rep for Kelis. “We request the media to respect her privacy during this very difficult time.”
The Caught out There singer filed for divorce today (April 30) in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. She is asking for spousal and child support for their unborn child.

Yeah it sounds like it must have been a pretty big deal for her to split with him while she is pregnant. Who knows what happened, it’s really none of our business. I’m sure the paparazzi won’t be hounding her too much, they never do do they?
I hate to hear this. Not an ideal situation to bring a kid into the world. Maybe she is only trying to scare him. Those pregnancy hormones are a bitch. I’m preganant right now and my husband makes my skin crawl on a daily basis.
