Fame-seeking attorney Gloria Allred is on her way to court right now to announce that she has a secret witness that she wants to testify at the Britney Spears/Kevin Federline hearing on September 17.
TMZ reports this witness is a male and he is “intimidated†about revealing his identity.
K-Fed’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan has also asked Judge Scott Gordon for a secret witness, but Gordon threw out the request saying the court isn’t going to do secret witnesses. Meanwhile, Britney’s lawyer Laura Wasser thinks the witness will be tossed saying: “With all due respect to Ms. Allred, she’s attempting to bring her own ring to what was already a three ring circus.”
Seriously — all this freak show is missing now is a bearded woman and the 500 lbs pound man.

The only reason KFed is taking Britney to court is because her payments to him stop in November. At that point he will have to live on whatever he was able to squeek out of her in the 24months they were married (or get a job???). All I have to say is that boy BAMBOOZLED this poor girl right here. Note to self ladies, if you meet a man and he has a girl that is currently pregnant (this boy had his girl preg for the 2nd time!!)…..step away. And if you are rich and famous don’t f*ck your help.
