It was a dog day out for Paris Hilton today (April 28).

Making a solo mission out, the bleach blonde celebutante stepped out to pick up a Chewy Vuitton dog bed from Kitson in West Hollywood.

So where was her attached-at-the-hip boyfriend Doug Reinhardt? Likely recovering after getting his butt kicked yet again.

While partying at h.wood last night, a man reportedly walked up to Paris and groped her chest while she was dancing with Doug. When Doug pushed the man away, a friend of the groper threw a beer bottle at Doug.

The club’s promoter then pinned the assailant in a headlock and Doug started to punch him in the face prompting the groper to start punching Doug. In the melee that ensued, Paris fell down on a group of people who immediately surrounded her in a protective cordon.

The club security took a while to restore order and kick the troublemakers out, but even as the brawl was going on, the DJ put on Paris’ single Stars Are Blind and she climbed on a table and started to dance while Doug valiantly fought to protect her honour.
