Just days before she’s set to hit the stage as the opening act at the MTV Video Music Awards and Britney Spears has been spotted clutching a mysterious bottle of pills during a recent shopping spree in Beverly Hills.
The troubled songstress told photogs she was not feeling well that day, but it’s commonly known that Brit was administered medication during her stint in rehab despite repeated tests showing no traces of drugs in her body.
Whatever the case may be, Britney appeared to be in good spirits during her outing, smiling as she stopped for a quick tanning session visit.

That’s no bottle of pills, it’s an albuterol inhaler. Not surprising, given how much she smokes! She probably can’t breathe very well when she’s “singing”.
