Going from matronly on the red carpet to flapper chic as a presenter to short-short wearing hooch as a performer, it was nothing short of a revolving door of bad fashion for Black Eyed Peas frontwoman Fergie as the Humpalicious One reigned as queen of Fashion Rocks on Thursday night.
The annual concert at Radio City Music Hall brings together many of the biggest names in music and fashion.
Othe special duet performances included Mary J. Blige and newly married Usher, Fergie (again!) and Ludacris, and Alicia Keys with Santana.
The star-studded concert, which was hosted by hair plug victim Jeremy Piven, will air on Friday on CBS.

I think she looks great! I love her dress on the red carpet and her body is looking great in her little stage outfit. I think she is in demand because she knows how to get the crowd going and every single she releases is a hit so she’s hot property at the moment.
Steven Tyler should not be in the presence of the woman that sang Fergalicious he is above and beyond her. I think Stephi that Fergie is so in demand because she caters to the lowest common denominator has no real crediblity and is willing to sell her self out and her ‘talent’ for a the easiest hook she can to make more money.
I actually like her as a person but she’s not a real musician she’s another performing monkey.
I agree that the red-carpet dress looks matronly and just a tad dowdy.
But that flapper dress is gorgeous! And check out those heels she’s wearing with it–to die for! And her hair/makeup for that number look really great, too. She just looks fab all the way around here.
Finally, there’s nothing wrong with that short-shorts outfit, either. Looks like rock-n-roll is supposed to.
Steven Tyler isn’t such a rock god that a duet with Fergie is beneath him. Now a duet with Beyonce–THAT would be a real come-down…
